Traditional Physical Therapy services get you back to daily life but does not always get to back to meeting your sport-specific goals. Whether your goal is to mount your horse from the ground without assistance, correct poor posture while riding your horse, or have better balance and strength to safely stay on your horse if he/she spooks, we are here for you. Those are just a couple examples of goals our clients have had that this service can help with. The achieve program is also a great option for the rider that feels age and time has crept up on them or an old injury still causes residual issues while riding. This service is provided by a licensed Physical therapist but is not considered traditional physical therapy. Techniques are used to improved joint mobility, restore proper muscle tone, improve the myofascial system, strengthen weakened areas, and give the body more awareness on proper movement patterns.

Per insurance and medicare guidelines, this is not a skilled Physical Therapy service therefore is not covered under insurance benefits. The Achieve program is designed to build a higher level of physical fitness and skills that will allow you to enjoy your horse throughout your life no matter what level of riding you aim to achieve.
