4-visit Physical Therapy Package

Whether it is a traumatic injury or a nagging ache that is preventing you from riding your horse, clients can expect a full assessment and treatment plan. Throughout the process you will be working with a certified integrated manual therapist (CIMT). This service is offered with a 4 visit package and is cash based. A super bill can be provided for clients who wish to submit a bill to their insurance providers for possible reimbursement out-of-network benefits.
